Overall we liked the room, but whirlpool bath didn’t work. There were cobwebs in some places and one towel had a stain.

This was a comfortable, clean stay with the all the amenities we needed for a 3 day ski trip to Portage. The staff is extremely hard working and diligent! Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Accommodating and polite staff makes a major difference when selecting a stay in this area. We go there every year and are happy with accommodations.
