Stayed here for 1 night, they were accommodating and the size of the room was great

Excellent 3 night stay
Posted 30 Jul 2024 on HotelsLovely hotel with very good service from all staff. Preferred to stay a little out of the centre of Milan to get better value and larger rooms. Underground car park at €35 per day. Breakfast was generally very good with lots of fresh fruit, pastries and a few hot items. Would prefer fresh fruit juice. Restaurant was closed for dinner at the weekend. Felt a safe area and main attractions of Milan were walkable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice property, very clean and welcoming staff. Highly recommend. Location is good but it’s about 30 minutes walking from main tourist places

Breakfast was so limited and dining area was so small. Location is close to central station, although not very close, which we heard not very safe.

Best service by hotels staff EVER
Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is new, beautiful, conveniently located next to main public transportation hub but above everything their staff are just unbelievable, kind, compassionate, caring, always with a smile on their face and willingness to help. I forgot my laptop in the room and they were extremely extremely helpful in packing the computer and securing a shipment back to the United States I have no words to describe my gratitude to them.
