"Hostess Veronica is fabulous, could be reached and available to answer questions about the property. Her housekeeping staff is also very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spotless and modern. Have everything I need for a comfortable stay. Walkable to many of the tourist interest spots. Definitely will return here if ever come back to Porto."

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "This is a very unique apartment hotel. It’s very historic, with original details. We stayed in a one bedroom with two bathrooms. It was across from the Bolhao market that had two excellent restaurants. Loved the vegetarian and the cod one. And these markets are always fun. It was a 15 minute walk to the center. Staff was always available and eager to help. Finally we have never ridden in an elevator that was also a work of art. "

"The apartment was very clean and cozy. The staff was quick to respond and solve any issues. Location was excellent as we were literally in the heart of Bolhão area, right across from a metro station entrance. Light sleepers beware though, the market starts stirring early in the mornings and the foot/traffic below doesn't stop until very late. "

"Like the premier location, everything else about this hotel is first-class, from the friendly and helpful staff to the sumptuous breakfast, comfortable and spacious remodeled rooms (ours had a view over the Duoro) and multiple little lounge areas. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
