When I check in I on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working. Struggling with my luggage and bad back and knees . With know help . My wasn't the closest

I forgot my toiletry bag and the hotel contacted me. They took the time to box it & ship it to me. I received it in less than a week.

We were out of power and water at our home, so we went to a hotel instead. The fact that this hotel is dog friendly was perfect. Check in was fast and the front desk representative was so friendly.

Poor management, run down

Cockroaches in the pool room made me wonder where else they were. Hot tub does not have hot water. Pool is very cold because of that. Beds were old and uncomfortable, hard and you can feel the springs. The room smelt like a mix of pet urine, mold, and marijuana. The exterior key card entry spots do not work as expected and you can get locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night because of it. The pool was over chlorinated and the staff did not air out the room after adding chemicals. They also misplaced the sign indicated the pool was closed (the portion that made it clear it was closed at that moment was covered by a red square on the glass of the door so you couldn’t read the entire message and it seemed like it was closing early rather than closed for a portion of the day.) Front desk did not have a working printer or fully stocked first aid kid (what kind of hotel doesn’t keep a box of bandaids at the front desk?) management left the employees with little resources and upset guests.
