I visit the hotel a couple of times now for business trips, great hotel to stay, friendly staff

While the outside of the building made it look rather run down and a mess , the inside was quite nice and very clean , beautiful location on a huge beach with a very impressive tide to watch. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Other guests could be heard at 5am in the corridors intoxicated

Sarahapologies for any inconveniences caused during your stay, we do have a programme for sustainability and this does entail giving the option of re using towels, and non daily service of rooms, however, if this is wanted we are more than happy to do so, I will look at how this is communicated to the guests and adjust accordingly.Kind RegardsHotel Team

My room had fleas and I was not given a viable alternative. It was terrible experience. I had to go and find a room elsewhere on my own in the middle of the night.

Thank you for your review,.We do have a stringent cleaning programme, especially on rooms that may have had a dog stay in them recently, as you have not left your name, I can only presume that the hotel was at full occupancy on this day, hence why an alternative could not be sorted. All our rooms are regularly checked by outside contracts to check for any issues.Kind RegardsHotel Team
