Another building in Alboraya that you shouldn't miss is the Hermitage dels Peixets, a small neo-Gothic style seafarers' church built in 1907. Legend has it that in 1348 a priest was carrying some communion wafers which fell into the river. Three fish appeared with them in their mouths shortly after and returned them to the priest in the exact place where the hermitage is erected.
