"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Initially it was difficult to locate the hotel. But we did so eventually. Warm welcome at reception and a lovely room. But the view was not inspiring. Overlooking the railway which was quite noisy with trains stopping and starting until late at night. We like to sleep with a window open and this was difficult with the noise."

My only issue is they there is always a lot of English staying before the ferry, but no opportunity to watch any news in English on tv. "Brilliant hotel and the reception staff are amazing especially for practicing my Spanish. The cleaners do an amazing job and the rooms are unreal. I did ask for a special request that wasn't granted but I think we got a free room upgrade which was an amazing room and a free bottle of wine with our VIP status. The restaurant wasn't great and I don't think I'll be back to the restaurant, but I will definitely stay in the hotel itself again if ever the opportunity arose for the right price."
