Paid online, also was asked to pay at check-in. refund is a bit slow coming. staff are lovely. room is an odd shape and size.

Staff were out of this world, humble,welcoming and always ready to help.
Rooms were clean and big but little things like tissue, room menu were not available.
Food serve was good and made mostly from excellent local products, however chefs and taste of food was not up to standard. It seemed the cooks took a good food and turned it into rubbish. So called local menu was prepared more in asian and western way. Taro which we Pacific Islanders love was not available.
I will stay there again but eat outside.

Poor check in, they didnt seem to have my booking, had to wait whilst they ran around trying to confirm my pre payment. Staff were ok not outstanding, poor guy on porter duty, took me in the wrong direction for my room, then we had to track back. Room was 2 double beds with a bathroom in between, phone next to other bed kept making beeping noise all night to the point i disconnected it, as it kept me awake.

We really liked our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. It has all that we needed: breakfast included, food available in the restaurant, and free transfers between the airport and hotel, and hotel and Vision City Mall. It also has a saltwater swimming pool and an aviary with native birds. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to do so!

A Feel For the Tropics
Posted 2 Oct 2019 on HotelsThey allowed us to change a non-refundable reservation when our flights were changed...at no extra charge. Their shuttle service was excellent, pick-up and drop-off at airport and a free ride and back to the mall. The large walk-in aviary was great, though maybe a bit too crowded with the baby cassowary dominating the other critters. They have two cuscus, two baby tree kangaroos, two wallabies, and many birds of various types. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of exotic jungle birds. The negative about the place was that they came by our windows with a very loud fumigator, blowing insecticide over the bushes. Apparently they do this often. And our toilet seat wouldn't stay up on its own.
