It took more than 40 m to check out. Too many guests crowned in the lobby for checking out.

Our apartment were cleaned every day the two ladies Jamie and (so sorry ) can't remember her name
The chefs Jonathan Charles came over personally to address and issue we had and his assitance were a hand to solve the issue we had thank you to the amazing food and breakfast ,and all the the waiters were very helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything else, spa were amazing most day were felted very relax specially to eloon for helping with an issues

Location and room was good.
Breakfast was the same all days. I think they can improve on it.

Good location. The half board was good but make sure you know the rules before ordering your dinner.

The hotel was pleasant, clean and staff was friendly. The hotel was walking distance to the shopping. The breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful option for a non beach resort stay
