The facility was was conveniently located & th room was clean, spacious, & well equipped.

Check-in person was phenomenal! Friendly and personable. The lady and manager (I assume she was) dried out clothes for us after the dryer became jammed with our money stuck in it. Even refunded our money. The crew at this hotel are all phenomenal!

I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly, and professional. The location is outstanding. Close to everything you need, and the beach is minutes away. Breakfast was delicious every morning we stayed.

1/The door used to cover restroom and closet was too heavy. I got stuck in the restroom because could move the door. One big heavy door cover both
2/ Expedia Web side need to upgrade. Hampton Inn charged Pet stay, Expedia say Free. Please fix it.

almost no shower gel in bathroom and no shampoo in bathroom.

Joe,I am very sorry to hear that you did not have the wonderful shower experience you deserve when you visit us.As soon as this was called to attention we did an entire sweep to ensure all rooms are at levels that they should be at.I thank you for calling this to my attention so that we can ensure it does not happen again.
