"Had one roll of toilet paper, kids asked front desk to swap out towels after using 2 at the pool. They were told there were enough towels in the room. Hair dryer was burnt & melted, room phone and alarm clock did not work. We found an old Whataburger Apple pie in the dresser drawer. Pull out bed ..."

"Parking allowance is difficult for 3 bedroom units. 713 needs a little attention. Loose faucets and a broken lamp primarily. Was a surprise we had to get our own toilet paper replacement. No problem buying it, just a surprise we needed to do that before we ran out."
