Property is in desperate need of renovations and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

Hard to find staff at front; always had to call. Staff always outside but were nice to deal with even though no identifier or uniform to discern that they worked there.
Breakfast in morning was all but empty for food at 8:30-9:00 am; there was no coffee and the decaf available was cold. Tables were dirty and again no staff around. It would be incredibly easy to enter this hotel without anyone knowing

Door to the room took four or five tries to get it open.
Clock in the room was plug in but di not work.
Heat lamp in bathroom ran for 12 hours with light on
Very large and long disturbance at one am.

The signage to the hotel is lacking. That lack of signage cost me about an hours time and a lot of misery

I’m sure at one time, this was a very nice hotel. Currently it is in need of a good cleaning, painting and new furnishings. It is okay if you are staying for one night.

Room was fine, room was clean. Did not have curtains to block the sun at all.

Staff said I did not rent the room I reserved and when I showed her the picture of the room and the confirmation she said well I can upgrade you. I didn’t need an upgrade I just wanted the room I reserved, window was broken and taped, closet door had a whole in it, hot tub in room had scalding hot water and faucet was so hot it burned my arm. This hotel is dirty, staff is always outside smoking, breakfast is not appealing, elevators are dirty, came back to hotel in the afternoon to find my door left open by housekeeping, and not a thing was cleaned, didn’t even leave clean towels, just left the door open, when I asked her why she was in our room, she replied, “my bad”. Can’t imagine the health department is doing their job on this one. No sanitary wipes for any of the exercise equipment.

This place is falling apart. Dirty, sticky floors in elevator, walls ripped up near elevators, air conditioning broke in hallways. Toilet tank has no water

This is a terrible hotel in disrepair, drive further and do yourself a huge favor. There is nothing good about this place. Unfriendly staff, keys will only work for one day and have to go down to front desk to get new keys, but first you have to find the front desk person outside smoking, then they will tell you everyday you cannot put the door key by your phone, it will deactivate it, everyone knows every time housekeeper opens your door it deactivates your key 🙁
