"It was in a convenient location and very secure. However the rooms and bathrooms especially, are old and could have been cleaner. The remotes where grimy and there was a musty smell in the room when I checked in possibly from old pipes and stagnant water."

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, the "reception" was a board across the opening under the stairs. The bed linen was filthy and the bathroom deplorable. The pictures on the website must be from another hotel, I was so disappointed. I couldn't stay there and my card has been charged; I just got ripped off!"

"I had a delightful time here!! One of the best hotels in PH I can bet. Very secure (3 levels of security checks for every car with a dog and an x ray machine for bags near the front door). In a hidden spot so there is privacy with a great view of the city. They have shuttles and a free breakfast buffet every morning with fresh fruit juice and on demand omelettes. They have a great

"The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty."

"My time here was great, the management and staff were wonderful. First there was a mix up in my reservation with orbitz and my flight came in earlier than check in time. The assistant manager personally still checked me in and the staff were great. I love the safe in the rooms so I knew my money and documents were safe. The breakfast was great. I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to a friend."
