The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy and we were given a high chair for the baby. The room was really nice and big and a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hotel is so close to the beach and offer toys for the kids to borrow.
The only downsides are there is no lift so we had to get all our suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs, and we did not fit in the underground parking so parking was out the back, further from our room with our luggage, and one night on the street when parking was full.
It is definitely worth the price and we would stay there again.

The property was in a good position, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
The pool and garden area were well maintained.
Unfortunately our apartment was near the main road, so there was a lot of traffic noise.
Also the bathroom needed an upgrade,the photos on the website were quite misleading.

Thank you vary much for your review. Yes we are lovely and close to lovely 4 mile beach and to town. Our beautiful tropical gardens are a lovely attraction.Photos on any platform show exactly the same bathroom as there was in the apartment you had and are in no way misleading.

Need to put more supplies for people staying for more than 2 days.

Thank you for the lovely review. These are self catering apartments and we give you a starter pack of all your basic needs and then you can purchase from Coles or us. This is stated in all correspondence and booking sites etc and is common practice these days.

We stayed at the reef club for a four nights. It was an ok stay.
Pros--
Nice area, close to town.
Large-ish space with a separate room for our daughter.
Small kitchen set up allowed us to make our own meals.
Laundry facilities were nice to have on site. One pack of detergent is provided in the room.
Cons--
Room/apt wasn't very clean. Lots of cobwebs on every light fixture. Floors made my feet dirty when I walked around.
Shower head is very low. I had to bend my back backwards to rinse the back of my head.
Shower didn't have a door or curtain, so mat was chronically wet.
Shower temp was tricky to get not too hot or cold.
Basically everything about the shower/bath actually ends up here.
There was a light on the patio that was on an automatic timer and didn't turn off until late and made the master bedroom very bright and hard to sleep for someone that needs it dark.
No elevator, so had to haul heavy luggage up flights of stairs.
They did clean the bathroom vent after it was mentioned in the check in feedback it was covered in dust, so that was nice.
It was ok for what it was, but could use some TLC.

Thank you for your review. We will pass on your comments to housekeeping regarding cleanliness. You should have let us know that the cleaners hadn't put a shower curtain on as it was obviously an over sight and we have plenty of spares. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
