We really enjoyed our stay at Central Plaza. Close to the supermarket, beach and main street with shops and restaurants (we didn't have a car and could walk everywhere). Great heated pool and spa with bbq facilities for easy dinners. Friendly staff who were happy to help. Will stay here again.

The best thing about this apartment is its great location. Our family could walk everywhere we wanted to in Port Douglas - the Main Street was just 10 minutes away. The place itself is a little worn, but it is clean. They provide enough laundry detergent to do a couple of loads of laundry. They also provided beach towels which we appreciated. The kitchen had the basics to cook meals. Overall, I’d recommend this place due to the location and the extra space.

Top floor location and newly renovated with new furniture throughout. We overlooked the swimming pool and had no traffic noise. The unit was fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. Parking was easy, plenty of room and undercover. The stay was all that we could have wished for. Excellent experience.

This property is ideallly located within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, marina actually all that Port Douglas has to offer. Plenty of undercover parking, great heated pool and shared bbq area. Unit was clean had the best most comfortable bed - great layout. Only thing we can fault is that it is a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

Spacious apartment, no issue with facilities. One important negative though, but it is easily corrected. The hotel told us, both in writing and verbally, that the Captain Cook Highway was shut most of the night. This caused us a lot of stress as we arrived late. It is not true.

Great location, parking was easy, pool facilities were tidy, bed was comfortable enough and cooking facilities were adequate. We did have to wait for our apartment as there was a handyman fixing leaking taps. Floors didn’t seem to have been vacuumed but the rest of the apartment seemed clean. Quiet part of town. Both my partner and I enjoy our stay at Centre Plaza Apartments Our apartment was very nice plenty of space for the 2 of us The furniture was lovely couch wash comfortable as well as the bed The view from our balcony to the pool was amazing The apartment was just not as clean as I would have like it Not to any fault of the owners but they were building new apartments next door and to be woken up early (7am) from the noise was disappointing as we are on holidays and would have liked a sleep in Our apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the main street Yes we would stay here again and recommend our family and friends as well

My wife and i have been visiting Port Douglas twice a year (with exception of Covid !9 time) for 19 years but this was our first stay at this property. On this occassion we were travelling with friends that accompany us on most trips. Our dual key two bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed and we voted the pool as best so far in Port in terms of size, positioning and number of lounge chair options. whilst not in the heart of Port Douglas restaurant and shopping precinct, it was only a 10/15 minute walk to main street or Marina and shorter for the 4 mile beach. Rodney and Glenys were were very friendly and helpful hosts. We would certainly consider staying there again in the future
