The girls at reception were very lovely. The room was clean and everything you needed. Close to everything in Port Douglas

Peter, we were both sad and frustrated by your review: Sad because we work hard to provide happy holidays for our guests and frustrated because this was so avoidable. If you had read the information online and also the detailed information we sent to you, you would have realised that we do not have a lift, that the room you were booking was a studio apartment and you would have also seen a realistic photograph of the sea view from the room you booked. And upon reading this you would have realised that you had booked a resort, room and view that does not suit your tastes.We do urge those that are considering staying at our resort that to read the information available on our website and then sent to you post booking. Such a fun and quaint/quirky apartment-hotel. The staff were so friendly and informative. We'd absolutely stay here again.
