"The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy and we were given a high chair for the baby. The room was really nice and big and a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hotel is so close to the beach and offer toys for the kids to borrow. The only downsides are there is no lift so we had to get all our suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs, and we did not fit in the underground parking so parking was out the back, further from our room with our luggage,...

"Definitely our go to place in PD having stayed there many times over the years. The property is brilliantly located opposite parkland and very close to all the Port Douglas has to offer. Approximately 10 minute walk to the beach and around the same to the marina and even less to the main shopping strip in Macrossan St. A great spot."

"Excellent accommodation, central to everything. Spacious apartments facing the beach. Some of the furniture and fittings in the apartment we had, could do with an update. Each apartment is individually owned, and the other two apartments we have stayed in the complex were fine. Shops next door, great restaurants and bars only a short walk. Karen is a brilliann manager, always helpful. We will stay again in the future."

The only little issue was my travelling partner was unable to access SBS On Demand or iview (but that may have been due to our "technology IQ""

"In a great central location. Within walking distance to shops, supermarket and eating cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. The gardens and pools were well kept and very inviting. We used the BBQs which were clean and looked relatively new. Parking was easy. Our unit was ideal for the two of us. Kitchen a little small but adequate and well equipped. Bathroom looked recently refurbished, modern, fresh and clean. Bed was very comfortable and lounge area was also very comfortable...

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property felt like home and had everything we needed. Sandy was awesome at getting us set up and booking trips for us too. They do provide a set up supply of toiletries and toilet paper and tea and coffee etc but then you need to buy your own supplies. this was fine as the supermarket is a two minute walk away. the location is central to the main shopping area and a five minute walk to the beach. We had the best time ever."
