When we enter the hotel room, we were greeted with a strong odor that was very unpleasant. We set our slippers aside and step on the floor and there was a layer of dust that wasn’t sweep/clean for awhile. Besides that, the bed sheets were dirty with stains. The next morning, when we were about to drink our coffee, we notice that the cups are dirty as well with lipsticks stain from previous guest.

The night of staying I feel very itchy when about to sleep. After check the mattress, found they are not well clean as I can wipe the dust off the bed. After that I feel much better. The rest of facilities, amenities, hotel design, parking space all are superb as they are brand new hotel and surprisingly they even provide the dental kit just in case your traveller or forgotten to bring toiletries. Just need to highlight to Housekeeping staff to do the laundry and cleaning in more details. With the price I paid overall OK.

Room with cockroach

Discovered cockroach in the bathroom
Inform for room exchange but was more like a downgrade in term of room space.
Staff cannot guarantee exchanged room will not have cockroach hence added pest bait powder at various corners as recommended by hotel staff.
Family with small kids to note the spread of these pest bait powder
Exchanged room has hair and stain on pillow, it is found on the underside of the pillow
Also staff keep mentioning even after exchange of room he will not guarantee there will be no cockroach. Appear like it is very normal to have cockroaches.
Asked to talk to manager however it is mentioned to us that manager is not on duty and cannot call him/her
This is a hotel industry which is 247, I wonder if manager cannot even be contacted how to ensure the proper operation of hotel. Please change another one or make sure you have back up to attend to the needs of guests
