Bed bugs for entire family of four :(
Posted 2 Jan 2021 on HotelsPros: Hotel staffs are friendly, food was good. Cons: Hotel’s design and furnitures are old and due (or perhaps overdue) for renovation. The entire family of 4 people left the hotel with rashes all over our hands and legs, believed to be bitten bu bed bugs. Yes, all four of us. That would be my first and last stay at the hotel.

View is very nice,the room is quite dark because it only used yellow light(not really suitable for family).i suggest the hotel should make it 2 different lights.The room is no carpet and it's really dirty when i checked in,our feet become dark. remote control for television and aircond also did'nt work..i call receptionist to complain about it and they give excuse because it raining but when i see outside,it's not heavy raining.i tried to complain it 3 times..then the housekeeping came and replace it with the new one,all the coverage is just fine.it tooks about 2 hour for them to replace it...they should double check all the equipment before cust checked in. The toilet sink also clogged and shower head broken...ROOM 719.

The only thing i like about this hotel is the sea view that i got from my hotel and easy access to the beach the rest u can refer to the other review.. mostly are true...

Nice view and i like it.. but please clean your room before the next cust check in.. room cleanless very poor

Oh my goodness this is a run down property and no one should stay there. The picture and what we got is so different. Expedia should be shame for allowing this to happen. The food oh my gosh horrible and breakfast, we had to compete with flies and pigeon poo 💩. I will never recomand anyone to stay there 😖
