Pros- The man at the front desk was super nice! I didn't see anyone else( staff) around. Location is great and Lakeview. Really nice pool/ deck area with super comfy rocking chairs poolside. Cons- This hotel really needs a remodel!! Pool deck railings are warped and the lounge chairs are uncomfortable. My rooms carpet had snags and felt dirty. Jacuzzi tub needs to go or replaced along with the knobs on the wall that control it. Sink faucet leaks around bottom when in use. TV needs mounted on wall as when you're laying in bed to watch it it sits too low on the dresser so I actually had to take both little garbage cans and turn them upside down to hold the TV higher up! Window siles full of dead bugs/dirt. Floor lamp and wall outlet to plug it in are broken! The blue awnings above access doors need power washed badly!! PLEASE do a remodel for your guests!!!

Changed room three times, one a/c didn’t work, next smelled of pee and smoke I didn’t accept, the final had a smell of seeker gas, I asked for the manager to contact me as they had no other rooms at this point and never heard from them. We almost left but there were no other hotels in the area that accepted pets.

Unfortunately, the room was filthy to the point we chose not to stay there after seeing it's condition and requested a refund. The pull out bed had pill bottle foil and trash in it as well as stained terribly with no sheets for it in the room. There was a balled up duvet above the clothes rack but it was clear it had not been washed. The covers on the king bad were stained and had questionable fluids on it. The breaking point was finding blood on the sheets when we turned them down after seeing the cover's condition. The chairs were also stained and dirty, carpet was torn in multiple places and the bathroom's ceiling panels were out of place above the tub, mold & mildew were present as well as a dirty tub. At $300 a night, I was aghast at the condition of the room and immediately gathered our things to leave. The receptionist said she would leave a note to refund me (since it was reserved on Expedia she said she couldn't refund me immediately) however my card was still charged and I had to file a dispute. There is very limited parking and as I was trying to find a different hotel from my car, a lady of the night was entertaining guests in room 22. She was completely nude when she opened the door for guy # 2 and my son got a full view 😠

Was a decent place at a decent price. Pool was nice. View was amazing!

The staff here are very nice and professional. However, upon entering our room, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant odor, possibly residual smoke or mold, which was quite off-putting for non-smokers like us. Additionally, the bathroom sink drained so slowly that toothpaste residue remained at the bottom. On a positive note, the breakfast provided was a redeeming feature that added some value to our stay. I would never stay here again, but instead, would pay the extra $ to stay at the Fairfield Inn.
