Revisar los cuartos encontré 2 cucarachas en mi cuarto y cuando fui a la oficina no había nadie para reportarle el evento

We didn’t like the fact that we saw 2 different rooms on the same floor that our room was on, had broken locks and doors. Doesn’t give us the impression that the hotel is safe
