Not the best, but after a long day driving it was a decent enough clean location to lie down in. The room smelt like fish, which I can only out down to the previous guest, can’t blame the hotel for that though.
Super friendly staff.

The room’s door had no weather stripping so the air would flow around and under the door. The people downstairs would smoke and the smoke would rise and come into our room. Overall it was just ok. Nothing special nothing expected.

We arrived around 8 pm. Nobody was in the office. Had to call the number listed on expedia to find out our room number and the key was left under doormat. This could be a trouble for international travelers who only have a data plan without calling capabilities. Room is clean, but the bath room needs repair. The faucet and toilet seat need to be tightened.

Thankyou for your review.As you noted you booked through Expedia, it would say on your booking office closes before 8pm.Most guests arriving after 6pm call before and we inform them of the late check in details.All you had to do on arrival is push the yellow button near the front door of the office (clearly signed) and it diverts to the managers mobile.We appreciate your feedback

A nice clean waterfront property.

Nice enough place but bed was rubbish, bathroom could use some maintenance toilet is glued down with silicone, clean and works just nothing special and no view

Not all our rooms have views.But that is no reason to leave the room in the disgusting mess in which you did and expect someone else to clean up after you even your dirty faecies you left in the shower.This is no way acceptable.It's people like you that have absolutely no respect for other peoples properties.
