bad customer service by hotel manager where my hot
Posted 21 Jan 2019 on Hotelshad paid for my hotel bookings in full amount in august when went to hotel manager says dont have my booking and informed oyo hotel full and book me somewhere else was not sent any e mail or text message from oyo very unprofessional not informing customers of changes luckily had good rickshaw driver who let me use phone to talk to oyo to sort issue for no fault of mine and since too deep inside would be stuck all night on streets if rickshaw guy didnt wait for me and stay on streets when paid for hotel in full amount in august
