"The property itself is very pretty with beautiful well looked after garden. Very disappointed about the beach which with low tide looked depressing. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Bar and restaurant were dull and depressing areas. Good singer in the evening but on our second night she ruined our evening by allowing a guest to sing song after song. He was awful! Swimming pool should be cleaned more often as it was dirty in the evening."

"Stayed at ITC Welcomhotel, Port Blair, for 2 nights. The staff was nice and service was on time, but the overall experience was disappointing. We were first given Room 104, which had a clogged bathroom drain. Got shifted to Room 112 – cleaner, but no view at all, even though the adjacent rooms had a great view. We asked for a better room, but nothing was available. Amenities were very basic. The bar felt dead – I went twice and didn’t see a single guest there. Funny enough, I met other guests...
