Hotel looked much nicer online than in person.

This wasn’t one of the nicest hotel that I’ve stayed in in Haiti but I was willing to make it work. Room was huge and hotel staff is great!!! BUT... not one of the cleanest hotels. Again, I was willing to make it work. The worst thing however was the last night we were to stay at the hotel we were locked out!!!! Got back to hotel at 11pm and gate was closed. We honked and knocked for 45 minutes and no one came to open for us. Security guard no where to be found!!! Looking to be refunded for that night. Will not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again (although I’m in Haiti quite frequently). Nightmarish experience:( :( :(

Pros: None
Cons: everything
Location: location was ok
Was not clean bathroom disgusting, no hot hot water, every time I need hot water had to go to the front desk , so they can turn it on, no one came to make room, use the same towel for 3 days, tissue was done had to go get a roll from them.

The hotel appears clean in the lobby. The actual room was with cobwebs in corner, dirt on sink top. Hot water tap broken and therefore no hot water for the duration of the stay. No wash cloth provided. The pool was green colored indicating an overgrowth of fungi. Long wait for breakfast. Staff very nice and pleasing. Might consider staying there in the future if deficiencies could be fixed. Great location and convenience. Did not locate free shuttle service to and from airport.

Missing the basics

Room did not always have water for the shower. Service was very slow or non-existent. The room had no towels, and after asking for towels 3 times, we never received them.

A Bad Hotel

I had a bad experience with this hotel. It is lacking security because any body can come inside without checking at the front office. There is no front office staff early in the morning or late in the evening. There is no airport shuttle as it is advertised online. Toiletterie items and hot water are rare commodities.

This is a dirty or unclean hotel.

Pros: The king size bed.
Cons: Everything.
Location: There near nothing near the location worth going to except a small market.
I chose this hotel because of the 3 1/2 star rating it has. Nevertheless, this hotel claims certain things it really doesn't have. It does no provide shuttle service, it does no have hot water, it has no working television, limited room cleaning service and a very limited food menu. Stayed 5 days.

Inadequate Service

The hotel looks good but the service was very poor. The staff's are very inexperience and the accommodations were lacking. There was blood on my bed sheet. There was no ice, tooth paste, hair dryer, which are very basic things. Plus, we waited 2 hours for a food that was just salty with no taste. This hotel is not worth the money.

Stay far, far, away!

During my two night stay, the power went out in our room eight times. In addition, the air conditioning was without power 12-15 times, leaving me with heat rashes throughout my body. The pool water was green. They attempted to clean the water by adding powdered bleach. There were dead insects and visible bacteria throughout the pool area. I purchased a meal my first night there, they did not have change.... the next day, they still did not have change from my initial purchase. The wifi did not work. I was forced to use my husbands data plan to have internet access. There was a minimum wait of 30+ minutes, per meal order. Our room had Cobb webs and ants. Additionally, there was a strong smell of a chemical throughout the room. The rooms front droor had three large cracks, which made it difficult to close. The phone in the room was disconnected and when we connected the unit to the wall, it still had no service. Lastly, the television had little to no reception.
