I missed my meeting because I did not have running water in my suite. I want a refund for my stay. It happened twice to make matters worse.

I want to assure you that none of our front desk staff were informed about the problem with running water in your suite. Our front desk is available 24/7, and we would have been more than happy to address and resolve any issues immediately if we had been notified.To further investigate, I personally went to the room in question but did not find any issues. I am still unable to understand why this problem occurred without a report to our front desk.Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further, and we will do our best to address your concerns.Thank you for your understanding.

While the room was always clean, the housekeeping was excellent, and the welcome was warm, my only issue was with the dining room. There weren’t enough personnel to manage the service effectively, the staff coordination was lacking, and the buffet had limited variety with not enough options.
