Not sure what i expected on my first glamping experience, but a table would've been helpful. The rug inside the tent smelled musty, but the upside was i didn’t have to break down a wet tent before pulling out.

Its great for people who wants to go camping but don't want to buy a tent or sleeping bag and wants bathroom facilities. Cuz thats literally all you get. So if yu wanna camp and/or want someplace to just sleep for the night in the pitch dark with no lights , this is the place for you. If youre looking to camp there, you'll need all your other camping gears. Especially flash lights and towels. Amenities had said there was an outdoor fire pit . And was counting on that. But apparently theres a fire ban going on, and im guessing thats why we couldn't find one? Couldnt warm up any food we brought. If youre allergic to mold, this wouldn't be the place for you. And also if you have phobia of spiders, cuz there were lots of them inside and outside the tent.

Directions were horrible. We were lost and scared. No gate like stated in directions. Old cars along overgrown road. Pictures misrepresented actual lodging. No number for our space given. Person who texted us back didn’t know the date we reserved.

I just got catfished by Olympic Glamping. The pictures depict a fancy glamping tent with clean linens, clean and bright. Glamping is more like camping. I got emailed and text messages from Olympic Glamping a greeting message and how excited they are I will be staying with them. Nothing on the email and text messages mention I need to bring clean linens. This isn’t for solo travelers. I drove through it 3 times and approached my assigned tent. I arrived around 6pm, sun is still up. There are tents that are numbered, I unzipped my tent and there were two other tents next to mine but no one were in them as I unzipped them both too. All three were dusty. It appears the beds were made months ago. The owner and I communicated and they asked for pictures of the conditions and by this time it was dark, I was having dinner at the nearby diner, Granny’s Cafe. So I asked the owner to meet me at the glamping to show them and also explaining it’s dark in there and there is NO ONE on the premises and I’m by myself. They were kind enough to offer me another tent but by this time I have doubts about them when I got this respond back, “ Sorry, but you have to go to the camp. It is perfectly safe going to the camp.” I ended up not staying at Olympic Glamping, I scrambled to find a motel.

My expectations were not met. This advertised glamping but it was just regular camping. The tents were dirty inside and felt unsafe to stay there. Also it was extremely hard to find. Bathrooms were okay. Just make sure to bring your shower shoes.
