There wasn't air condition at the room. When we get there, temperature was 41 degree celcus. When we open the room door, hot air was burning toward us. I asked them portable aircon or something to cool the room. Unfortunatelly, they hadn't any thing to help us.

While our rooms generally don’t require air conditioning due to the cooler evenings in the area, we do have rooms equipped with air conditioners that are available upon request. We apologise that this option was not communicated to you prior to your arrival.Additionally, we appreciate your patience as we navigate through the transition of recently taking over the property. Over the last three months, we have been working on a full electrical upgrade to ensure all rooms will soon have air conditioning for our guests’ comfort. Unfortunately, this upgrade is not yet complete, and we regret that we were unable to provide a portable air conditioning solution at the time.We also noticed that your booking indicated an arrival time of 9 PM, and when you arrived earlier in the afternoon, it caught us by surprise, which meant we hadn’t yet had the opportunity to prepare your room to the standard we aim for. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope you will consider staying with us in the future, as we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. Karribank was awesome! Ideal place to bring kids, they were running around all day. Plus beautiful hill views and the warmest hospitality. We'll definitely be back

Quirky old school vibes with a touch of back to nature. Took me back to when I was a kid. My kids loved the cottage and we will defs be back to stay again. Thankyou the Radford clan

Excellent place for holiday. The floor is wooden the reason why there are little bit noise from Neihbour however that’s not a problem. It’s manageable. Overall it’s a nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Karribank. This was despite having booked what we thought was a Cottage we found ourselves in Chalet type accommodation with a mezzanine. Beds were clean and comfortable but the general surrounds weren’t up to scratch. A bedside light would have been useful upstairs rather than having to stand on the bed to try and reach a short pull chord. The heater was at times difficult to light. The Restaurant/Bar (when Open) was adequate but the Bar staff pleasant. Food served in Takeaway containers.
A pleasant enough stay in beautiful surrounds but not 4 Star.

A calm, relaxing place with your full privacy. We spent 3 beautiful days in this place and would certainly come back! On a side note, there's no network coverage except for Telstra. There are no air cons, but you won't need them anyways. Love this place!!!

The cabin had a lovely Verandah but there were no fly screens on the French doors. Flyscreen here would be great so that you can open the doors to the outside without worrying about flies and mosquitoes. The kitchen was very basic and I was disappointed because I thought there was an oven. But still managed to cook nice meals. Overall the stay was lovely, we had a great time and love the location.
