"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. The pool area was nice, clean and relaxing, and the pool water was clear but very cold. I would stay...

"The property is superold!! This is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!! We had all inclusive and premium and thanks to this we could enjoy some silence outside the normal fully crowded areas. The building hasn't been renovated since 20 years inside..at least! Cockroaches in the bath room is apparently something you have to count with. No what so ever cozy place in the hotel... beside your own balcony. The hotel photos have probably been taken long time ago.. never coming back to this 3 star hotel. "

Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises. However every other things went smoothly, good xmas and new year celebrations at the restaurant, well decorated, glammed. Food...
