Ideal hideaway with stunning mountain views
Posted 8 Jul 2017 on WotifMy family of 4 stayed in Pool House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this quiet property. The Pool House is clean and well-maintainedry with comfy beds. Weather was cold during visit but the ducted air-con kept us cosy. The expansive mountain views from almost every room are stunning and great to wake up to each morning! We shopped at nearby Bright's Woolies for ingredients for breakfast and dinners, and the kitchen is large and well-equipped for cooking. My kids loved the resident alpacas and the kids' DVDs and books provided. The library of magazines and books has genres for most tastes. Great location. Definitely recommend.

Pros: The area, the countryside, quiet, privacy
Cons: Guest service and appreciation
Location: Great area all around.
Too much is squeezed into a small room. Complete kitchen w/dishwasher, washer/dryer but no room to eat your cooked meal (tiny round table), hang your clothes (no cupboard at all). No minibar, no toiletries, designer or otherwise (just cheap supermarket shower gel). When asking for a shampoo we were told 'we don't put it there because people don't use it', Go figure. Eventually they gave us a supermarket shampoo/conditioner because we did not bring any in anticipation of 'luxury items', ('we had to go and buy it for you', told us). No phone thus no free local calls or free long-distance calls. Not a good value for the price.

Amazing Location

Cons: Nothing
The location is just amazing, Mt Buffalo is just a short drive away and Bright is just around the corner.
The house was complete with everthing, cosy and comfy.
The hosts are just amazing, catering for all your needs but without been intrusive.
We will definitely comeback.

Beautiful house with all the comforts of home.

It is immaculate and has everything you could ever need to just sit back and relax in comfort, including magazines, books and dvd's for both adults and children. The owners of this accomodation have truly put their customer first.

Where do you start?
All good.
Very helpful in every way.. well not every way. I had my girlfriend to look after me in that department.
But apart from that. very helpful in every - "othger" way.
