Just had a quick 1 night stay. I was traveling with my elderly mum and Brooke on reception was so kind and accommodating. The room with accessible bathroom was excellent. Great location to enjoy the old town and very good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here over all. It’s a quaint building, with a lovely bar and restaurant area, and a nice walk along Poole quay just at the end of the street. The room however (named Mac Forbes), faced onto the street like a shop window which was odd and so we felt we couldn’t keep the curtains open. The exit for the Mill House annex (which the room was in) was right by our room door, so we heard all comings and goings. I’m told the door is being moved to the other end of corridor away from the room which will address this issue. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable room.
We did have an issue with the shower, which was clearly broken (scalding hot only) which I reported on check out. Although there was nothing to be done about it at that stage, the manager dealt with this to my satisfaction.

Absolute great experience at Hotel Du Vin , Poole . Service was amazing . Restaurant food yummy . Rooms amazing . I can only say positive things about this property . Also the location is perfect . Will definitely return .

The room had a slight odour -Bodega- damp ? Drain ? Not sure - there was no fridge unusual in a hotel like this.
Location was great. Staff were brilliant. Enjoyed our stay - did not eat in the hotel - lots of choice outside.
