"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

"Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is...

"First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. "Really lovely stay with good facilities and nice staff. My only complaint was that our room was next to the door way where we could hear everything in the corridor and there were people fighting outside in the middle of the night. So definitely avoid Clock Tower room 1. Also, it would be good if the spa could have a few more seated areas as we had to leave as there was no where to sit. We did come back later though and then we ended up having the spa area to ourselves. Would definitely stay here...

Lovely hotel, very clean! Would stay again!

"Really nice hotel, front of house staff were available immediately, very polite and attentive. Bar staff were polite and friendly. The room was spotless, clean bed and bedding, bathroom was nice and fresh. Not a spec of dust to be seen. I was a little surprised to learn the hotel charge £10 a night for the car park. I don't remember this being disclosed when I booked. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again."
