Hello Nadia,Small reminder you BEGGED us to help you..and accomodate you..You even sign contract .and now write this bla bla ? Do you think this is honest what you do to us? Why don't you mention ,* We gave you room without payment!!!NO MONEY GUARANTEE..*free ride to palm beach, *free ride to the strip...gave you room.with NOT confirmed reservation..And now behind our back...write this garbage ?.Why you did that?Just sad....

Scam. It’s a one star HOSTEL. Literally, they rent beds with shared bathrooms if that’s what you’re looking for, but the worst part is that we got there and had to wait for about an hour for someone to show up. When Barbara showed up, there were many upset customers waiting and she just said we had to keep on waiting because there was a problem with the reservations. It was already getting night and no room for us, nor a straight answer or someone to talk to us. She double booked rooms and didn’t have enough availability. At the end no solution, no apology and the only thing we got was a strange lady with terrible communication skills and a very bad attitude. I’m surprised this scam is even here on Expedia. That awful place and personnel don’t belong here.

Good day Sandra,Thanks fir taking the time to write your experience.If you red your confirmation from Expedia then you may noticed our check in is after 4 pm.Beside that it's very impolite to PAY for two then show up with thee and expecting to get it for FREE!We are very scheduled, and yes we had over 6 new check ins with correct reservations and you just needed to wait for your turn, what you didn't.We can't apology for the drama you have caused as DISHONEST demanding all for free wanting guest!Scamming is what YOU have done, try to sneek in 3 persons and not willing to pay for it!Shame on you!

Property was exactly as advertised but we didn't get our deposit back ( we had NO IDEA that a deposit was even required) because no one was there when we checked out. Even though we checked out during the time stated to do so posted on the office door. Both phone numbers we called were not even working ??? Property was great we enjoyed our stay but extremely frustrating to lose your deposit and then have ZERO CONTACT from them afterwards .

My Wife And I had such an amazing time in Aruba. Barbara who was our host greeted us upon arrival. We were given a wonderful room with poolside view. It was everything we expected as we were trying to capture the true Island vibe. The garden and decor along with the ambiance was truly serene. The location was close to everything and I really enjoyed a short ride thru the neighborhood which made us feel like we had someone to actually visit at a home while on vacation. That was nice. I give Harmony 5 stars.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They will promise and lie right to your face and then turn around and not have any intention of following through. I have never been treated so terribly by a company in my life! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WELL!! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT CHARGE YOU MORE BECAUSE THEY WONT REFUND THEIR MISTAKES!!

Dear Tarun, First if all you did not stay with us because you missed your flight. Second we advise you to contact sorce where you booked the reservation, what was not direct with us. Fourth you never pays us any money do we are not able to give what we never received from you. Fifth, you ware abusive verbal and fisical to our stagaire while other guest ware watching your insain behavior. You have blaucmaild our employees! We have rapport this to the police, and immigration, we don't need such abusive guest at one happy Island if Aruba, be ashame! Regards Team Harmony

the lady manager was very polite,We had breakfast wich was very good with huge portions for a family of 6.The property is very clean.Kids enjoyed the pool.i Shore would definitely recommend this apartment stay too visitors
