Susah payah org booking time sampai die ckp bilik penuh…baik xpayah booking..nie hotel bajet paling cap ayam…👎👎👎 staf bibik indon, die pon pening ramai org kena mcm nie rupa nye…

Worse hotel in Tiwn

This is the Worse Budget Hotel in Town that i have booked n stayed. The Receptionist is very poor in handling the customers. The room was booked through Hotel. Com and already done full payment.. The hotel management told me that they don't have rooms for me. Poor customers service. After so much of arguments then been offered a room with worse conditions and not clean.
