The hotel was not that clean. Breakfast is limited. Not the best. I’d stay at the Hampton but there were no vacancies.

I was offered a pet room, which I thought would be fine because I have a dog and cat at home, but there was a definite “pet” smell to the room. I was already so tired, I didn’t ask to move rooms but it might be something others might want to avoid

I was very uncomfortable with how the male staff treated the female staff. The female staff member was trying to help with a situation with my reservation the male manager came in, shushed the female employee when she tried to help, it was really unprofessional and I felt horrible for her, she was the only person actually helping the situation and her boss just came in, made a mess and treated his staff poorly.

They screwed my reservation so I took it in stride and offered to pay for an upgrade to what I originally had reserved. The night manager/ housekeeper say she couldn't upgrade reservations mass by Expedia even though I was willing to pay cash for the difference. The room I had asked for was available and the hotel was less than half full. The breakfast sucked with powdered eggs and a faulty waffle maker. Bad bacon.
