"The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful. Well maintained and updated rooms. It is by the beach but you can't use the beach. It is very dirty with trash washing ashore. It is not a good sight to see. The location of the hotel is far from everything. The port/pier and everything else is at least a 20 minute drive, Can't walk to any place. No taxis, only tricycles. The hotel shuttle costs so much. "

"Outstanding staff customer service. Kudos to all the staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome - starting with the guards, the front desk, room service, and the servers at the restaurant. A special appreciation to the General Manager (Edna). We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Roxas City. "

"Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. No where in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special events. The pool was listed as one of the room amenities. The only reason we booked that particular hotel instead of one that was closer to our destination was because it had a pool. They also advertised that the rooms came with complimentary bottled water, but that wasn't true either. when I brought these issues up to the front desk, they blew me off like they didn't care. Don't ever stay at this hotel!"
