Ski trip
Posted 15 Mar 2017 on HotelsThe staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold.

Pros: breakfast and views from room
Cons: WIFI
Location: good skiing
Smart hotel, nice room with floor to ceiling windows and great views.
Room didn't get serviced, and the wifi basically didn't work. I wish they would have been upfront about it as i wasted an hour trying to get online, eventually i said 'is the internet rubbish and they said - yes'. this should be an easy fix, and a hotel of this standard should be able to get this sorted i days, not really acceptable these days.
Spa and hot tub freezing cold, busy, avoid.
Breakfast was good.
I would stay at the hotel again if need be, and would take at face value that is what it is.

Nice and clean hotel. Right next to the ski slopes. Staff very nice. Dinner and breakfast were not as good as expected

Qualche incomprensione ma risolto tutto in modo impeccabile dalla direzione. Stanza perfetta e ristorante degno di un 5stelle menu alla carta con ampia scelta e possibilità di usufruire contemporaneamente del buffet. Personale eccezionale i miei ragazzi hanno fatto richieste fuori menu e ampiamente soddisfatti non si può chiedere di meglio. Accettati i nostri amici a 4 zampe .. torneremo per giocare una partita a padel in alta quota ..

Posted 19 Jan 2017 on HotelsОтель в неплохом состоянии. Довольно чисто в номерах. Однако в номерах очень холодно. Несмотря на многочисленные просьбы меня и моих друзей - теплее не стало. Ужасный интернет (очень и очень медленный, два дня вообще не работал). СПА зона не плохая, однако за мое пребывание постоянно пропадали вещи либо халаты.
Из плюсов: расположение и ресторан.

Cons: Frühstück ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu dürftig. Der Kaffee aus dem Automat ist eine Zumutung. Es gibt gut Kaffeeautomaten.
Das Standardzimmer ist viel zu klein. Es gibt darin nur einen Stuhl. Der Fernseher steht auf einem kleinen Tisch und ist damit nicht mehr zu nutzen. WLAN ist eine Zumutung. Teilweise funktioniert der Internetzugang überhaupt nicht oder mit einer ungenügenden Leistung ( Download 0,5 MBit/s). Man muß sich meistens wieder neu anmelden.
