Great comfy room. A nice size room. Amazing hot breakfast. Round the corner from Sophia gardens coach station. 10 to 15 mins walk into Cardiff centre. 10 mins walk to principality stadium. Only down side no lift but nice stairs Would definitely stay there again. We arrived in the rain but had a very warm welcome. All staff very nice No complaints

It’s a lovely property. The house inside is beautiful. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The young lady that served us was friendly and polite. The only drawback was no lift and it was still worth it.

An inexpensive hotel with parking near the centre of Cardiff. The staff were lovely and room was clean and fairly large for the price.

Good value. Parking on site. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Clean bathroom. Windowsills could use cleaning which suggests time for a more thorough cleaning. Good location. Great breakfast. Would definitely return.

We stayed at the Lincoln for a reunion meal at a restuarant within easy walking distance. I called the Hotel a few weeks earlier to change the room type Expedia had given us and the reception did this quickly.
The Hotel did have adequate free parking when we arrived much to our relief and there seemed to be several spaces available. Friends had booked hotels in the centre and were fined for entry to the centre and could not even drop off luggage at the hotel!
The walk to the centre was fairly near even for us in our seventies.
The room was clean and comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and efficient.
The reception staff were very helpful. They sent out an email for me and made some photcopies for me with no quibble or charge. On arriving home I discoverd my phone was lost and Carl in particular made every effort to attempt to locate it both in the room and the car park. I don't think a coporate hotel would do this.
Hence the 5 stars
