"Começou que não me colocaram no quarto que reservei, minha reserva era para um quarto com cama de casal e fiquei em quarto com cama de viúvo (solteiro grande). O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, pedi para a recepção verificar e fui informado que estava tudo certo, tive que dormir com o ar desligado, o barulho não me deixava dormir. "A pousada fica em local incrível, o mais lindo lição para um café da manhã, alem da proximidade de bons restaurantes da ilha. O problema é a precariedade da conservação e de melhorias. "Eles não fazem limpeza embaixo da cama. Estava Imundo. Inclusive encontrei batata no quarto. Travesseiros são finos e bem desconfortáveis. Os trincos das portas de madeira, que dá pra varanda, estão enferrujados, quebrados ou caindo. Não tem armários ou prateleiras para roupas. Levaram mais de 40 minutos para fazerem um prato kids do almoço do meu filho, com arroz, fritas e filé de frango. Quando fizeram, o filé de frango estava cru."
