Good location and safe

Good location, in village, but roads are quite tricky if you are on a heavy motorbike. Only got chance to test out the breakfast, which was fine and the late arrival process worked fine.

Not a great experience

On arrival we had to go looking for the staff as the reception desk was not manned at 6pm. The room was small but adequate. The cleaning was very poor. There was a quantity of dust accumulated under the table & chairs and in the bathroom. The plastic chairs were also dirty, including footprints on them. At breakfast we were unable to get the attention of the staff to ask for things that were missing like napkins. Again at checkout the reception desk was unmanned at 10am

Not what I expected

A little awkward to locate (GPS helps!) but a pleasant surprise on arrival. Excellent reception - I was very early - and a lovely location. It really is a museum of water! Room was small but adequate, with a small shower room attached. Check-out happens with breakfast, and drop your key at the (empty) front desk, which I thought unusual, but it worked.

Bonjour, l'hébergement en lui même correcte par contre le personnel pas du tout adapté. le plus médiocre c'est le restaurant. Serveurs sans aucune tenue vis à vis du client, la tenue vestimentaire du serveur, sale et chemise déchirée à plusieurs endroits. Les mains salent pour servirent de l'alimentation c'est dégoûtant quant à la cuisine en dessous de tout. la truite pas fraîche, les petites ravioles servies avec, ont le gout de l'eau bouille et le tian de courgettes une mélasse immangeable. Bref je ne recommanderais pas du tout cet endroit qui pourtant sur papier donnait envie. Bonne réception

Hôtel sans chichi, propre et bien situé. Service agréable. Le musée de l'eau gratuit pour les clients vaut la peine.

Séjour parfait belle chambre super accueil et très bien mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix je recommande vivement cette établissement et très bien reçu avec notre petit chien biscott.merci

Een comfortabel hotel met een goed bed en een kleine maar heel comfortabele badkamer. Heel tof was dat het personeel zo vriendelijk was waarvoor niets te veel was. Super toffe locatie met een terras boven de Bourne waar het fijn dineren was.
