Room 406, furniture in bad condition. There was not Blackout curtains, & light in outdoor corridor where ON, and the room was illuminated all night, I was not able to sleep comfortable. Also there was not hot water in shower. The Bar at the Pool is not open, & there is not staff to provide beverages services or food to the pool area.

Unfortunately, our bar at the pool is closed. That being said, our restaurant bartending staff is available to assist you with food and drinks from Wednesday through Saturday.

The location is super good, many places at walking distance, free and comfortable parking. But the rooms need some update.

The lobby area, pool, courtyard and the bar looked 5 star but the rooms are completely outdated. I get the history of the hotel and trying to preserve it but we don't need to sleep in beds from the 40s and 24" TV with anything to select from but a bunch of porn channels

No wifi, apparently there’s only wifi on the first floor rooms. There was no hot water. I had to keep calling the front desk and apparently the “boiler had to be turned on” but the hot water never came. Got tired from having to call the front desk. There wasn’t even a microwave in the room to be able to heat up any food you took. The staff was very nice but the stay was horrible. This was a waste of time. This hotel was better. This was a waste of money.

la piscina buena y los salones antiguos espectacular los cuartos deben modernizarlos un poco, las alfombras estaban alzadas, el agua caliente no salio tan caliente, la cama era comoda, para el costo lo encontre bastante bien y frente a la plaza de Ponce.
