I didn’t like that the front desk receptionist charged my credit card twice. I had paid reservations through the Expedia app with my debit card the receptionist asked for my debit card and charged me again for the whole stay. I let her know that I had already paid through the app and asked her why did she charge me again. She then proceeded to apologize and said that I was going to have a refund coming in to my bank and in 3 working days. Meanwhile I had a total of over $1,600 charged on my bank account. Leaving me without the budgeting I had planned for

The night front desk lady was so helpful and professional. The breakfast was great with lots of options and good coffee.

Amazing hotel
Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe first went to la Quinta and had a horrible experience so we decided to pay the extra money and stay here. This was the best hotel in Ponca city, in my opinion. It was clean, comfortable, nice staff, and the pool was nice as well. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit.
