Some area for improvement
Posted 28 May 2018 on HotelsWe found the front door was locked when we arrived at about 2pm. I don't know why! The reception man was okay, but the female (look like his wife) was no response at all. The room door lock was difficult to open, I ended up asking him for help, same as when we came back after sightseeing. The room was ok. The man was helpful in finding train schedule for us next day. On leaving next day, my wife felt not good because the female host's facial expression telling us she's not willing to talk with us.
