"The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room."

"First off, Expedia needs to take off the "All inclusive" from the description..IT IS NOT! There is not even free coffee lol The restaurant at the lobby has a "For Rent" sign. Check-in time is 3pm according to the front desk ladies and the sign they have posted there, where it is advertised as 2pm on Expedia. (We were accommodated for an "early" check-in btw but only once i mentioned my itinerary. ) Rooms, mattresses, pillows, furniture, bathroom... are old and not very clean. We had our room...

"Inmitten von Bettenburgen. Zur Einkaufsmeile nur 5 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an jeder Ecke. Das Büro ist zwei Blöcke weiter. Leider wurde uns das nicht vorher mitgeteilt."

"Bathroom was blocked and even though we reported that problem this was never fixed. Spiderwebs was covered with curtains installed, obvious signs of rarely cleaning. Room wasn’t clean regularly."

"We booked and pre-paid for two apartments under two separate bookings. When we arrived, the owner asked if we could share a "two-bedroom" apartment. We agreed, but then were given keys to a one-bedroom apartment. When we decided we were going to stay somewhere else and started looking for another hotel, what did we find? Yup, hotels.com was still showing apartments available at this locations. A total scam! Steer clear of this guy."
