Overall a good stay. We stayed for one night before heading to Tahoe and found everything to be just as expected. Staff (1 person) was clearly overwhelmed during breakfast hours but he did his best to serve the guests. Breakfast options were limited and the pancake machine wasn’t working so kids weren’t as happy but there were enough options considering it’s a “free” breakfast. We’d stay again we needed to.

the property is clean and the rooms are well appointed the pool also was clean.this is more important when book a hotel.Tx

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and as requested, no fragrances in linens or carpets. Our upstairs neighbor had a heavy footfall morning & night, awakening us before our alarms, and at night we couldn’t sleep until they stopped their walking back and forth. We were glad to stay one more night than they did. Our stay wasn’t a pleasure trip, as our home had unliveable conditions related to construction going on. We might have complained sooner if we didn’t have the luxury of an afternoon nap. Otherwise the stay was comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than any other I’ve ever experienced! Thumbs up to the staff.

After reading the reviews I thought I had booked a cool little inn. The first floor was closed which meant lugging or luggage up stars. There was no assistance offered. The breakfast was the worst hotel food I have ever had. The hotel was not worth the price. It did not match my expectations at all. I will probably not adventure off the major brand hotels again.

Hello Gerry. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I am sorry to hear that the first floor was occupied by other guests during your stay. We do look at all reservation guest notes for any requests ahead of time to accommodate everyone. We have trained all front desk staff to help guests when needed so I will work on more training with the team. I will also see what else we can offer in addition to the approved breakfast items that we currently offer. Again, I am sorry for your experience but I can assure you that this is not our typical guest experience.

The bathroom needs renovation and the overall standards one expects for the BW franchise were missed. On the plus side it’s a great place to stay before running the rubicon

Great stay. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We couldn't get a room with taller toilets so the clerks went out of their way to find an extension for us to use. Our only minor complaint was the ever on patio light. We wanted to enjoy the evening watching the full moon but the light was way too bright.
