Every meal at the restaurant buffet offered lots of variety. The food was tasty but some dishes could have been hotter.

Lovely hotel in a beutiful location . Staff helpful and efficient. Animation team very good. Food always plenty of choice and tasty. A good holiday at a very reasonable cost.

Amazing beach and swimming

AMAZING

The entire staff made the stay special (Ramon and Lidia from the bar, Maritza the lifeguard from the pool), they all made you feel welcomed and answered any questions you may have. We had all-inclusive, the food was great and choices of drinks were good. The views are unmatched! We had an ocean view room, breathtaking. It never got old. There wasn't a safe in the room and the wifi could have been better. I brought a lock for my suitcase and that was sufficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning next year!

With regards to safety deposit boxes, all of our rooms have safes, but you have to hire the key from the Front Desk.

Decent place.
Posted 22 May 2018 on HotelsA well kept hotel in a quiet and pretty town, great for day trips to many sights. Parking is free and easy on the streets nearby. Food is “all-inclusive” style and is decent, but being charged extra for drinks incl non-alcoholic was irritating. I don’t mind paying but they should charge the room instead of asking for cash right away. The pool is nice. Rooms are big and clean.

Thank you for your feedback, the team at the hotel always does it's utmost to ensure our guests have the best stay.
As you stated, drinks on half board basis have to be payed for, but we do offer an All Inclusive option, which include alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The hotel unfortunately doesn't offer the option of room credit.
Once again, glad you enjoyed your stay, the rooms, the pool and everything else.

It is true that the Premium wifi is a charged service, but we do offer one hours free wifi, per device, per day.

Wonderfully pretty location, lovely hotel.

Pros: Clean, comfy, great views, wonderful food, small resort but near to Pollensa, Alcuida and Pwerto Pollensa.
Bike Hire and scuba hire right by hotel.
Cons: Nothing really, it was very near perfection for us.
Location: Location was so pretty, Pollensa market on a Sunday great, & we hired bikes for a day & found Puerto Pollensa which has a sensational sea front walk
Absolutely delighted, the location is 100% beautiful, three small cove beaches, clear water perfect for snorkelling. Food was great and varied, the all inclusive is very recommended. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and really wanted you to enjoy your holiday. Brilliant entertainment staff made you feel so welcome.
