Pleasant stay in Polla
Posted 27 Feb 2019 on HotelsThis hotel seemed to offer the best value for the money and was newer than the others in the town. The front desk staff very pleasant and shows me to my room and explained the amenities and made sure heat working. Nice hot shower too. Fridge in room very convenient. Free continental breakfast with choice of coffee, pastries, breads, cakes, yogurts, cereals. Plenty of parking and near autostrada. Pictures posted are of hotel and view from hotel.

We needed a hotel for an overnight stay on our way south through Italy to Sicily. Hotel Hermitage fit that description. All in all, the hotel lived up to its reviews. It was comfortable, staff were professional and helpful. There is ample private parking for a road hotel. For those in need of adequate internet, there was essentially no internet service either in the room, the hall or downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast was minimal. We generally look for hotels that supply a generous breakfast. As a result along with the lack of internet service Hotel Hermitage was a disappointment.

Surely these are malfunctions related to the lack of knowledge of how to connect to the Internet. Therefore, the judgment is not relevant.
Our wi-fi network is very powerful and appreciated by all guests.
As for breakfast, you should avoid swapping it for lunch or dinner. The reviews for our breakfast are all very high.

Good place with pleasant staff
Posted 6 Oct 2015 on HotelsThe hotel delivered what was promised. The staff was really friendly. However, it appears that are some problems when booking via hotels.com as special requirements are not displayed to the hotel staff or they neglect it.

Posizione strategica ma non basta
Posted 12 Aug 2021 on HotelsAlbergo in posizione strategica vicinissima all'uscita di Polla. Comodo per un soggiorno per interrompere il viaggio nord/sud/nord. La gestione avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento. Aria condizionata poco funzionante ma abbiamo utilizzato il raffrescamento esterno notturno.
