"One of the many reasons, we started staying only at Hilton's while traveling, the staff. And as weird as it sounds even the other people staying seem to have better attitude than add other hotels. "Staff was friendly. Room was clean, shower could have been cleaner. The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, linens could stand to be replaced as well. Also, not the hotel's fault but we could hear very loud music and lots of people laughing and talking outside in the parking lot at 1:30am and we were clear on the 4th floor."
