Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and in excellent location. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional (particularly Hugo).
Before our arrival we were informed that one of the restaurants would be closed for remodeling. We didn’t care. What we didn’t realize was the lobby would be covered in tarps, furniture jammed together and patio closed. No one wants to vacation with appearance, sounds and smells of construction. Disappointed.

Unfortunately they were renovating during our stay
Our room was facing the street many dogs barking early every morning
Place is next to Saks a very good restaurant
Very busy make resos
Super safe neighborhood
Lady at front desk was wonderful

This is a great location for doing walking or day trips around Polanco!
The hotel is quiet and close to great dining and exploring.
The restaurant in the hotel has great service and food.
Highly recommended location.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice property with all the key amenities: restaurant, gym and rooftop.
