The stafff was very professional and very helpful. We lived the location of the hotel.

Well located property with big rooms and nice setting. Hallways could be refurbished. Room was not ready when arrived even after check in time. Parking was not available.

We were very disappointed to find that the parking was not available. I had asked when booking for parking but on arrival was told it could only be reserved outside the websiter and was fullly booked.
The hotel was right on the edge of the pedestrian area but the area felt a bit seedy.

Great overall.

Centrally located and ideal

Great location right on the edge of the pedestrianised area. Numerous first class restaurants within easy walking distance. Reception staff could benefit from some customer service training though!
